Have you ever entered a public toilet and the smell was unbearable, but you decide to continue using it because there is a queue behind you?
When you come out; the smell is still there and so you now feel shy and awkward because the next person might think you are the one who did the damage even though you are not.
There is usually no time to explain yourself in such a situation, so you just take the silent blame.
Sometimes, that’s how life is; you find yourself taking the blame for other people’s mistakes, but maturity means taking it without making any noise.
No matter the blame anyone has ever taken in life, it can never be compared to the greatest of all – taken by Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
It wasn’t by mistake that He took the blame. He willingly died for our transgressions so that we might be free.
I am forever grateful for the sacrifice He made.
