Remember to breathe

This year has certainly given us endless opportunities to ride the waves of uncertainty and the anxiety that comes with it.

Whatever you are feeling or thinking this morning is okay. Honor the waves you have had to surf. Many of us are tired, angry, disillusioned, scared, and sad.

If that’s you, remember to breathe and take care of yourself. Consider turning off the news and social media for a while and go outside for a walk or dance to your favorite songs or let yourself have a cry.

If that is not you, comfort those who are struggling. Drop deep into your compassion, empathy and faith. Double down on your commitment to serve and be part of positive (overdue) change.

As I feel all the feels this evening, my prayer is for a deep healing Ghana.Ghana is all we have but I know things may get worse before they get better.

Sending you a massive amount of love. And don’t forget to breathe
